I used the sea moss almost everyday. I enjoyed it in my morning smoothies to ensure I was getting all my vitamins and nutrients together and doing it this way made it easier.

Great products the seamoss gel is incredible I use it in my green tea almost daily. And I just received my bladderwrack and burdock capsules I been using for a few days and there great. You feel that there actually working the energy and the way I feel is great.

I've been using the sea moss for 2 months now and the health benefits have been outstanding. They have been so good on my most recent trip to the doctor my blood work was so improved I was taken off of one of my medications. In time with continued use and diligence the reduction of medications is expected. Time to order more.

This was my first time ordering so I didn't know what to expect. I read many reviews about cleaning the sea moss well but this sea moss that I received was pretty clean so I didn't have to keep rewashing. I followed the instructions on the site for sea moss gel (I soaked with lemon slices) and it came out well. I was pleased with the product. I will be ordering again.

The Sea Moss is Great!!! I add a tablespoon to my smoothies every morning. Very Low smell and it doesn't change the taste of my smoothie. I will be ordering again!
