Amazing add to my routine. I wasn’t a big fan of it in coffee as there’s a bit of the “sea” flavor (like nori which I typically love!) that comes through in coffee, but it’s delicious added to a shake or by itself.

I purchased this to be the first to try Sea Moss with Collagen. This powder has helped me replace many vitamins that I took separately. I mix it with my Vanilla Chai tea every morning and it makes it tastes even better (sweeter). I recommend taking it with milk or milk like liquids. Since I tried with orange juice and I'm not fond of the taste. It's too early to provide results but I will continue to purchase and I'm excited to see any changes.

First of all the flavor is fabulous it can go in your tea or coffee or in shakes. I’m not sure if my nails have started growing but my digestive system has definitely improved I hope it helps my hair since I’m a cancer survivor and I’m just starting to grow my hair back I can say that my joints feel better and I think my skin is brightening but this is just my first container looking forward to getting another
