Refund policy

30Day Satisfaction Promise (First Purchase Only): If you are unsatisfied with your first purchase of a single unit of any supplement, contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping, fees, and multi‑packs excluded). Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

NonReturnable Items: Gift cards, finalsale items, and discounted bundles are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping; we do not provide labels.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Report within seven (7) days of delivery with photos; we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Opened Products & Safety: Due to the nature of ingestible products, we do not accept returns of opened items beyond the oneunit, firstpurchase promise above. For safety, we do not restock or resell returned ingestibles.

Refund Timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times vary by bank. 

Cancellations: We do not cancel orders after they have been placed beyond the refund policy above. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
