I blend it up with a little water not to much blending little bits are good . Then I make little 10g ice cubes & pop a couple in my water every day . I don't jug all the pieces down in the first glass I refill and kind of ration them out through out the day.

I have been using the sea moss for about three or four months now and I absolutely love it. The first thing I noticed was I sleep so much better and started dreaming again; I haven’t dreamed in years so I attributed this directly to the sea moss as its the only thing I changed during that time. I first ordered it premade but quickly moved to the dried package and make my own and freeze the excess. Sometimes I add fruit or berries to it which gives it a slight flavor. I add it to my smoothies sometimes but most of the time I just eat it straight from the jar with a spoon. I now have a spoonful in the morning and again at night. I love it!
