When I begin my journey with CMOS, I was very skeptical, as Many people would be. And I have several medical concerns, though they are generally minor I don’t want them to become major. One of my immediate issues is being overweight. I’ve been trying to lose weight now for 30 years. Well, to be honest, in 30 years although I’ve tried many things I’ve never been dedicated I stuck to any of them. I am now 60+ years old in I have to admit more than concerned about my health and well-being. Determined that I must turn around, do in about face to change the life of my health, I decided to try CMOS I had already heard much about it. One of the main things that deterred me was the cost everything cost so much pertaining to gaining, regaining your health back. That being said, I saved to be able to make this purchase. I bought the three month supply. After two weeks of faithfully and consistently, taking the CMOS, I am officially down 5 pounds. The issue that I had before starting the CMOS was being unusually, even strangely extremely tired all day long. Not a common occurrence for me at all. I begin thinking I needed to see a doctor. As it happens, my doctor was not going to be able to see me until September, so CMOS was my doctor of choice. I was able to acquire it within days. I am so excited and happy that I made the choice. It’s going on 2 1/2 weeks now and I am excited to be consistent because I want to experience all his benefits. Oh, I forgot another immediate improvement was good evacuation! My bowel has never been so regular ever! (oops! Can I say that?) seriously the illumination is excellent. I would like to keep you abreast of my progress. I really want to be able to say so much more about it’s results. However, for a beginning, I’m sold. I have begun saving for my next package! I won’t need it for two more months. I’m excited because perhaps, by the time I will be able to purchase the larger package. I do want to stress this very important consideration. In taking the CMOS it is very important that you drink 8 ounces of water as it directs. Just wanted to say that also a wonderful thing about the capsules is that they can be opened and placed in your food or within a smoothie. I simply am not able to swallow large tablets . Here are some examples of the foods I used. Bananas, I simply took a straw and pierced the center of my banana. I hope in DeKalb so important within that cavity. I ate my banana and I can tell you honestly, I could barely taste the CMOS. I also placed in an apple sauce, which was fantastic. I placed it in yogurt, which was amazing. I sprayed it across my cinnamon toast. I’ve drank it in my cup of tea. I sprinkled it into my oatmeal and Malta meal and cream of wheat. All of these foods serve to make it very easy to take the capsule in its open powdered form. Well, I’m sure I’ve said enough already. I just want to encourage people to know that the Product’s Workss fantastically. It’s well worth the purchase. The benefits so far I absolutely love and cannot wait to experience even greater benefits. The fatigue, drowsiness, sleepiness all day long is completely gone. I have been taking seamoss over a year now and I have more energy, I feel like I'm in my 20ty's not my 50ty's. I'm a mail carrier, I don't have no aches no pains and I can walk all day.
