I began taking this when they offered peppermint mocha leading up to Christmas. For 20 years I struggled with two of my nails detaching from the nail bed and drs couldn't give me an answer. When they'd reattach, they'd still look disgusting with the tips deep white and looking like a mountain range from the cuticle to the top of the nail. After 2 months on this, I noticed they were attached again and looking less like a mountain range! After 4 months they looked nearly as healthy as the other nails!
