You can use tap water if you have no other choice but I would always prefer spring or filtered water if available. Also, you can store your sea moss gel in other containers than glass jar. However, air tight glass jar have been found to be the best for keeping sea moss gel fresh the longer.
I have been taking sea moss for about two months. Since surgery for cancer and a couple strokes three yrs ago, I have had no energy, hard to sleep,etc. however since taking sea moss, I am beginning to have energy sleep well at night. I love it, my question is this, does it have to be in glass jars and can we use tap water. I have heard this but have not read it anywhere
