You’ll need Blueberries , Chia seeds , sea moss gel , your choice of sweetener (we love to use honey) , and lastly lemons. Add your lemon juice, blueberries and honey into a saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a low boil for about 5 minutes and stir so the blueberries begin to burst. You can also mash the blueberries with a wooden spoon to release the juices. Now turn up the heat to a medium-high and boil for 10 minutes, or until half of the liquid is reduced. Stir the entire time so the mixture does not stick to the saucepan. Now lower the heat to a medium-low , add the chia seeds and cook for another 5 minutes. This will cause the jam to thicken. Turn off the heat , add your sea moss and use it as a normal jam. Let the jam cool for about 5-10 minutes before transferring it into a container. Remember this is not a store bought jam so the shelf life will not be the same. Use within 1 week and keep refrigerated.

1 cup of coconut sugar

1 teaspoon of honey

3/4 cup of dairy free butter

1/3 cup of almond milk

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1-2cup to 1 cup of dairy free chocolate chips.

2 cups of unbleached flour

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon baking soda


Mix your honey, butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract first in a mixing bowl until it is a creamy medium brown mixture. Now mix your coconut sugar , salt , baking soda and collagen powder in a different bowl. Add the flour until you get a sifted mixture. It’s time to mix your ingredients together. Start by adding small amounts of the flour mixture into the bowl with your milk mixture. Take pauses in between and keep mixing before adding more of the flour mixture. Once you are done adding all of your flour into the bowl , mix until you get a thick creamy mixture. Add your chocolate chips. Grease your baking pan with some oil or butter so the cookie dough does not stick to it. Take a spoon and scoop some of the cookie dough onto the baking pan. Make sure the scoop isn't too small or too big to avoid raw dough on the inside or burnt cookies. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. 


Now you can sit back and enjoy your sea moss cookies with a cup of tea, coffee or some milk.
